Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you're happy with your order, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 calendar days of delivery, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With tags and original packaging intact
Returned with proof of purchase (your order number)
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
To request an exchange:
Email us at hello@cactusgraphics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
Let us know the item and size you wish to exchange
We'll confirm stock availability and arrange next steps. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund.
Hygiene & Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Socks
Tights
Underwear
Hats or other headwear
Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Personalised or Custom Items
Items that have been personalised (e.g. name embroidery) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and checked its condition, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cactusgraphics.co.uk. We’ll cover return postage and offer a replacement or refund.
